BAA Ident
Most companies value clear staff communications. At BAA Heathrow, maintaining security and efficiency hinges on keeping everyone informed. Realising that the best time to speak to staff is when they're relaxing, we developed a real-time news application which rotates news and messages via plasma screens in rest rooms. It worked so well the same product has been rolled out for passengers.
The system uses a Content Management System that had been invested in earlier. So this project showed how web technology can be re-used when you take the time (as we always do) to consider the big picture.

T-Mobile
Nothing annoys us more than failure. We hate it so much, we've developed our own systems to minimise the chance of it happening. Here's the secret: testing.
T-Mobile hate failure just as much as we do. So we developed a market research tool allowing product managers to build and launch new testing groups within 48 hours then monitor feedback in real-time. Our pre-market testing system allowed T-Mobile to significantly reduce the cost of new product and service trials. It also provides coordinated reporting and statistics for their marketing teams. Could you use something like that? We have more. Give us a call.

BlackBerry
Indispensable perhaps, but rarely described as fun. That's why BlackBerry asked us to work with their PR agency to help spread some festive cheer at Christmas. Some of our good friends (including DJ Yoda, Bloc Party, Dita Von Teese and Jamie Cullum) designed a selection of festive e-cards. Then we built a microsite so the cards could be sent and received through BlackBerry devices.
Unsurprisingly, considering the profile of BlackBerry device owners, the campaign reached users from 56 countries. The press loved it - with coverage in, among others, the Daily Mail, Vogue, Grazia, GQ and Handbag Magazines.
